Wild Sedona Elopement

Is it just me or are somethings in life more than just coincidences?
Are some things in life just meant to be?

A while back I had posted looking for couples to model in Sedona. Amanda reached out and said her and her fiancé would love to model. We get to planning, and I suggested a date - July 19th. Amanda responded with “That was supposed to be our wedding day!” Of course I responded with “well we might as well get you married out there than.” Jokingly. 

I know covid has really put a halt on everyone’s weddings plans, but I think covid has taught me more than ever that love doesn’t need to be displayed in front of 200 distant relatives. Covid has taught me that if you want to get married, GET MARRIED. Love doesn’t wait.

So Amanda messages me a day later and says you know what, let’s get married. 

My heart was filled with immense happiness when she messaged me this. Because I am a firm believer in elopements. Her canceled wedding turned into a beautiful celebration of their love in a beautiful place. With just the two of them and their pup. 

Our lives might not go as planned but that’s because Amanda and I were meant to cross paths. She was meant to inspire me and she was most definitely meant to marry Franklin on June 19th 2020.
